<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Section 1.6.2.2 <br /> <br />Sequence of Approvals <br /> <br />(a) Prior Approvals Required. An application for a Subdivision Concept Plat shall <br />not be approved unless the following petitions and development permits, where <br />applicable, have been approved and remain in effect for the land included in the <br />Subdivision Concept Plat: <br /> <br />(I) All legislative applications needed to authorize the proposed uses for the <br />land; <br /> <br />(2) A Watershed Protection Plan (Phase 1); aOO <br /> <br />(3) A Cluster Development Plan; and <br /> <br />(4) A Traffic Impact Analysis. <br /> <br />(c) Accompanying Applications <br />(1) An application for a Subdivision Concept Plat may be accompanied by an <br />application for Preliminary Subdivision Plat or Preliminary Development <br />Plat approval for the first phase of the subdivision, provided that the <br />Subdivision Concept Plat application must be decided first, except as <br />provided in subsection W (0(2) below. <br /> <br />SECTION 9. Section 1.6.4.2(a) of the City Land Development Code is amended as <br />follows (underlining indicates added text; overstrike indicates deleted text): <br /> <br />Section 1.6.4.2 <br /> <br />Sequence of Approvals <br /> <br />(a) An application for a Preliminary Development Plat shall not be approved unless <br />the following petitions or development permits, where applicable, have been <br />approved and remain in effect for land to be subject to the proposed plat: <br /> <br />(1) All legislative applications; ami <br /> <br />(2) Watershed Protection Plan (Phase I); and <br /> <br />(3) A Traffic Impact Analysis. <br /> <br />SECTION 10.
