<br />(1) <br /> <br />An application for a Final Subdivision Plat shall not be approved unless the <br />following petitions or development permits, where applicable, have been <br />approved and remain in effect for land to be subject to the proposed Final <br />Subdivision Plat: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />a. All legislative applications; <br /> <br />b. Watershed Protection Plan (Phase 2); <br /> <br />c. Preliminary Subdivision Plat, unless the applicant has elected to eliminate <br />this stage of the platting process;-afl€l <br /> <br />d. Construction plans; and <br /> <br />e. A Traffic Impact Analysis. <br /> <br />(2) An application for a Final Development Plat shall not be approved unless the <br />following petitions or development permits, where applicable, have been <br />approved and remain in effect for land to be subject to the proposed Final <br />Development Plat: <br /> <br />a. All legislative applications; <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Watershed Protection Plan (Phase 2), unless the applicant has elected to <br />satisfy Watershed Protection Plan (Phase 2) requirements through <br />approval of a development plat; <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />c. Preliminary Development Plat, unless the applicant has elected to <br />eliminate this stage of the platting process; aOO <br /> <br />d. Construction plans; and <br /> <br />e. A Traffic Impact Analysis. <br /> <br />SECTION 11. Section 1.6.5.7 of the City Land Development Code is amended as follows <br />(underlining indicates added text; overstrike indicates deleted text): <br /> <br />Section 1.6.5.7 <br /> <br />Expiration and Extension <br /> <br />The approval of a Final Subdivision Plat or Final Development Plat application shall <br />remain in effect for a period of two years from the date the application was approved or <br />conditionally approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission, during which period the <br />applicant shall submit any required revisions for approval and make all other changes <br />needed to record the plat. If the Final Subdivision Plat or Final Development Plat has not I <br />been recorded within the two-year period, the Final Subdivision Plat or Final <br /> <br />Page 6 of 50 <br />
