<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Section 1.7.1.4 <br /> <br />Processing of Application and Decision <br /> <br />(f) Revised Permit Application. If the conditions of approval of subsequent plats or <br />permits require revision to the Watershed Protection Plan (Phase 1 and Phase 2, as <br />applicable), a properly revised Watershed Protection Plan shall be submitted to <br />the Engineering Director within thirty working days of receipt of the notice of <br />decision. The Director shall have an additional 20 working days to approve or <br />deny the revised application. <br /> <br />SECTION 17. Section 1.7.1.5(a)(5) of the City Land Development Code is added as <br />follows (underlining indicates added text; overstrike indicates deleted text): <br /> <br />Section 1.7.1.5 <br /> <br />Criteria for Approval <br /> <br />(g) The following criteria shall be used to determine whether the application for a <br />Watershed Protection Plan (Phase 1 and Phase 2, as applicable) shall be approved, <br />approved with conditions, or denied: <br /> <br />(5) No Watershed Protection Plan (Phase 1 or Phase 2, as applicable) shall be <br />approved or approved with conditions unless proper documentation is <br />submitted to the Director indicating that all applicable federal and state <br />permits, approvals, and clearances have first been obtained. <br /> <br />SECTION 18. Section 1.8.1.4(d) of the City Land Development Code is amended as <br />follows (underlining indicates added text; o'/erstrike indicates deleted text): <br /> <br />Section 1.8.1.4 <br /> <br />Processing of Application and Decision <br /> <br />(d) Revised Permit Application. If the conditions of approval require revision to the <br />Site Preparation Plan, a properly revised Site Preparation Plan shall be submitted <br />to the Director within teE: 20 working days of receipt of the notice of decision. <br />The Director shall have an additional 20 working days to approve or deny the <br />revised application. <br /> <br />SECTION 19. Section 1.9.3.5(b)(6) of the City Land Development Code is added as <br />follows (underlining indicates added text; o','erstrike indicates deleted text): <br /> <br />Section 1.9.3.5 <br /> <br />Criteria for Approval <br /> <br />(h) The building official or the Zoning Board of Adjustments on appeal shall apply <br />the following criteria in deciding the application for a certificate of occupancy: <br /> <br />(6) <br /> <br />When the property lies within a special flood zone, an elevation certificate <br />prepared in accordance with FEMA standards is provided. <br /> <br />Page 9 of 50 <br />
