<br /> <br />(f) To encourage projects funded in whole by Community Development Block Grant funds, <br />no impact fee shall be charged for a project funded in whole by Community Development <br />Block Grant funds. The city council may grant a waiver of impact fees for projects funded in <br />part with Community Development Block Grant funds on a case-by-case basis. <br /> <br />(g) The city manager is authorized to adopt and administer guidelines for applying the <br />provisions of this section. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. The Director of Planning and Development Services and the Director of <br />Environment and Engineering are directed to revise the references to water and wastewater impact <br />fees in the Technical Manual of the City Land Development Code to provide for the exemption <br />described in this ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. If any word, phrase, claus". senience, or paragraph ofthis ordinance is held to <br />be unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of this <br />ordinance will continue in force if they can be given effect without the invalid portion. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. All ordinances and resolution or parts of ordinances or resolutions in conflict <br />with this ordinance are repealed <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
