Property described in the Development Standards. This interim future land use map <br />amendment was approved to be effective only during the period in which the golf <br />practice facility is operated on the property in conformity with the Development <br />Standards and other applicable City ordinances; and as to any other use proposed for the <br />rezoned portion of the Weatherford tract, the text portions and future land use map of this <br />Sector Two Plan in effect prior to the rezoning for the golf practice facility shall be <br />deemed to govern and be in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 4. Any person violating any provision of this ordinance commits a <br />misdemeanor and is subject to the penalty provided in Section 1.015 of the San Marcos City <br />Code upon conviction. <br />SECTION 5. After its original passage, this ordinance will be subject to reconsideration <br />at the next regular City Council meeting. If this ordinance is not reconsidered, or if it is <br />reconsidered and approved, notice of its adoption will be published in a newspaper of general <br />circulation in the City. This ordinance will take effect after publication of this notice, upon the <br />execution of the Development Standards by the Property owner and the recording of the <br />Development Standards in the Official Public Records of Hays County, Texas. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on January 18 , 2005, subject to reconsideration <br />at the next regular City Council meeting scheduled for February 1, 2005. <br />Reconsidered: yes / no x If yes: approved <br />denied date: <br />Attest: <br />Janis K.
