Annexation Service Plan Balcones Business Park (AN-2005-01) Service Plan for the Annexation of a 232.86 Acre Area Pursuant to the prOVISIOns of the Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 43, the followmg servIce plan IS hereby adopted for the annexatIon of the 232.86 acre area. The property IS bemg annexed at the request of the property owner The proposed annexatIOn area IS located southeast of the CIty, and mcludes tracts with some frontage along Wonder World Drive (FM Highway 3407), State Highway 123, and Clovis Barker Road. The proposed annexatIOn area IS largely vacant wIth the exceptIOn of a hIstonc farmstead SIte and vacant commercIal buildmg-both generally along the State Highway 123 frontage. There are five tracts proposed to be annexed as part of the Balcones Busmess Park for a total 203 49 acres. Included m the 29.37 acres IS the Sac-N-Pac Store #112 (Lot 1 Block 1, Rand R SubdIVIsIon) Sac-N-Pac applIed for wastewater servIce on 9-13-99 and agreed to be annexed.
