Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Guerra moved to amend the Ordinance by adopting all of Sec. 4-1. OFF-PREMISE ADVERTISING SIGNS, as amended, and Mayor Craddock seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Farr moved to amend the Ordinance to change the wording throughout the Ordinance to read "General Zoning Ordinance" rather than "Zoning Ordinance" and Mayor Craddock seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. Nicola moved to amend Sec. 3-5. Exempted SIGNS.7. to read" Scoreboards or any SIGNS facing only the interior of athletic stadiums or fields, or facing the exterior of athletic stadiums or fields operated by nonprofit organizations, and/or located on CITY property, " and Mr. Coddington seconded the mo- tion, which passed unanimously. !J1r. Coddington then moved to amend the Ordinance to be adopted on emergency amending the caption of the Ordinance and SECTION 2 (Page 23) to reflect adoption on emergency, and Mayor Craddock seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 5:42 p.m. on motion made by Mayor Craddock and seconded by Mr. Coddington.
