1. The place of business covered by the permit shall not be located within 300 feet of a residence located within a zoning district that limits density to 6 units per acre or less. It is unlawful for a person to sell or engage in the business of selling any alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption where the place of business is located within 300 feet of a church, public school, or public hospital. The measurement of the distance between a place of business where alcoholic beverages are sold and the church, ef public hospital or residence shall be along the property lines of street fronts and from front door to front door, and in a direct line across street intersections. If a residence, church, public school, or public hospital locates within 300 feet of an establishment with a T ABC specific use permit after the permit is issued, the permitted establishment shall not be considered to be out of compliance with this chapter. ******* k.
