<br />1- <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />Chapter 1 Development Procedures - Article 6 Platting Procedures <br /> <br />(2) All lots in the proposed subdivision front onto an existing public street and the <br />construction or extension of a street or alley is not required to meet the <br />requirements of this Land Development Code; and <br /> <br />(3) The plat does not require the extension of any municipal facilities to serve any <br />lot within the subdivision. <br /> <br />(c) Effect. Approval of a Minor Subdivision Plat authorizes the Planning Director to <br />record the plat, and further authorizes submittal of an application for a Site <br />Preparation Permit for any lot in the subdivision. <br /> <br />Section 1.6.7.2 <br /> <br />Sequence of Approvals <br /> <br />(a) Prior Approvals. An application for a Minor Subdivision Plat shall not be approved <br />unless the following petitions or development permits, where applicable, have been <br />approved and remain in effect for the land included in the proposed Minor <br />Subdivision Plat: <br /> <br />(1) All legislative applications; and <br /> <br />(2) Watershed Protection Plan (Phase 2). <br /> <br />(b) Accompanying Applications. An application for approval of a Minor Subdivision Plat <br />may be accompanied by an application for approval of a Site Preparation Permit for <br />the land subject to the plat, provided that the Minor Subdivision Plat shall be decided <br />prior to decision on any Site Preparation Permit. <br /> <br />Section 1.6.7.3 <br /> <br />Application Requirements <br /> <br />(a) Responsible Official. The Planning Director shall be the responsible official for a <br />Minor Subdivision Plat. <br /> <br />(b) Contents.
