<br />41 <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Chapter 1 Development Procedures - Article 9 Construction Permits <br /> <br />J. Inspection responsibility. The mobile home or manufactured home <br />owner shall arrange for an inspection date with the inspector and may <br />accompany the inspector on the inspection if the owner so desires. No <br />mobile home or manufactured home shall be connected to the park gas <br />line until an inspection has been made by a City inspector. A fee <br />established by the City Council will be charged for each reinspection. <br /> <br />(3) Mobile home or manufactured housing park inspection fee. <br /> <br />a. The mobile home or manufactured housing park will be issued a <br />certificate of inspection for a base fee established by the City Council. <br />An additional fee established by the City Council per mobile home or <br />manufactured home space shall be computed and added to the base <br />fee. The mobile home or manufactured housing park inspection <br />certificates will certify park compliance with this division. The mobile <br />home or manufactured housing park inspection shall consist of the <br />following: <br /> <br />I. Placement of the mobile home or manufactured home on a <br />space. <br /> <br />2. Parking facilities per mobile home or manufactured home <br />space. <br /> <br />3. Condition of internal streets, accessways. <br /> <br />4. Condition of road signs. <br /> <br />5. Condition of service buildings. <br /> <br />6. Condition and proper functioning of drainage system. <br /> <br />7. Condition of ground and soil cover. <br /> <br />8. Condition of premises of unoccupied spaces. <br /> <br />9. Condition of park sewer system. <br /> <br />b. The mobile home or manufactured housing park owner shall arrange <br />for an inspection date with the inspector for the inspection of the park. <br />The mobile home or manufactured housing park owner may <br />accompany the inspector if the owner so desires. All mobile home or <br />manufactured housing parks shall be inspected annually or more often <br />upon tenant complaint. If violations are found, there shall be a <br />reinspection fee for each inspection. <br /> <br />(d) Inspection of Register. The department, the environmental health department, the fire <br />chief, fire Marshal, and the police chief shall have the power and authority in <br />discharging their official duties to inspect the register containing a record of all <br />residents of the mobile home or manufactured housing park. <br /> <br />(e) Duty of Occupants. Every occupant of a mobile home or manufactured housing park <br />shall give the park owner or the owner's agent or authorized employee access to any <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas <br /> <br />1-149 <br /> <br />Land Development Code - Final <br />
