<br />Chapter 2 Development in the ETJ - Article 2 Development Agreements <br /> <br />to the use limitations and standards in the zoning district referenced in the land use <br />plan. <br /> <br />(e) Zoning Upon Annexation. Following annexation of the land to the City, the zoning <br />classifications for the property shall be substantially similar to those designated in the <br />development agreement. Areas designated in the land use plan for specific zoning <br />classifications shall be zoned in accordance with the agreement.
