<br />, <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Chapter 1 Development Procedures - Article 1 Development Applications <br /> <br />When a development application is submitted that is assigned priority over one or more approved <br />development applications that remain in effect, and there is a conflict or inconsistency between <br />the priority application and the approved subordinate applications, the applicant for the priority <br />application shall submit with the application an unconditional written statement acknowledging <br />that, upon approval of the priority application, all approvals of inconsistent subordinate <br />applications shall be vacated, and the applicant will be required to resubmit the subordinate <br />applications for amendment consistent with the approved priority application. Failure to submit <br />this statement shall result in denial of the priority application.
