<br />Chapter 1 Development Procedures - Article 2 Authority of Decision-Makers <br /> <br />(b) Petitions for Relief The Planning and Zoning Commission shall finally decide the <br />following petitions for relief: <br /> <br />(1) The Planning and Zoning Commission shall finally decide any variance <br />petition on an application for a Subdivision Concept Plat, Preliminary <br />Subdivision Plat, Preliminary Development Plat, Final Subdivision Plat, Final <br />Development Plat or replat; and <br /> <br />(2) The Planning and Zoning Commission shall initially decide any vested rights <br />petition for any decision for which it is the initial decision-maker. <br /> <br />Division 4: City Council <br /> <br />Section 1.2.4.1 Authority for Amendments to Land Development Code <br /> <br />The City Council may from time to time amend, supplement or change by ordinance the text of <br />this Land Development Code on its own initiative or upon petition for a text amendment. <br /> <br />Section 1.2.4.2 Authority for Deciding Legislative Applications <br /> <br />The City Council shall finally decide all types of legislative applications authorized under this <br />Land Development Code. <br /> <br />Section 1.2.4.3 <br /> <br />Authority for Deciding Quasi-judicial Applications [Reserved] <br /> <br />Section 1.2.4.4 <br /> <br />A uthority for Deciding Appeals and Relief Petitions <br /> <br />(a) Appellate Authority.
