<br />Chapter 1 Development Procedures - Article 4 General Legislative Procedures <br /> <br />(a) Expiration. If a plat application (of any type) has not been approved for the property <br />to be served by a utility extension within one year from the date of approval of the <br />utility extension by the Council, the approved petition for a utility extension shall <br />expire. In the event a plat application (of any type) subsequently expires or is <br />revoked, the approved utility extension petition shall likewise expire. <br /> <br />(b) Extension.
