<br />58 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Regular Meeting March 10, 1986 Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN (MAP) <br />OF THE MASTER PLAN OF SAID CITY, FOR 0.3918 ACRES OF <br />THE MASTER PLAN OF SAID CITY, FOR 0.3918 ACRES (17,066 <br />SQUARE FEET) OF LAND OUT OF FARM LOT NO. 15 OF THE ORIG- <br />INAL TOWN OF SAN MARCOS AND BEING THE SAME LAND AS FOUND <br />UPON THE GROUND DESCRIBED IN VOLUME 357, PAGES 645-657 <br />OF THE DEED RECORDS OF HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, A/K/A 602 <br />WEST SAN ANTONIO STREET IN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESI- <br />DENTIAL AND DECALRING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished <br />to speak in favor or in opposition to the land use change. No one <br />did, so Mayor Craddock closed the public hearing. Mr. Brown moved <br />for adoption of the Resolution and Mr. Coddington seconded the motion, <br />which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration a public hearing and adoption <br />of a Resolution, the caption which was read as follows: <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN (MAP) <br />OF THE MASTER PLAN OF SAID CITY, FOR 41.65 ACRES OF <br />LAND, MORE OR LESS, OUT OF THE J. VERAMENDI SURVEY <br />NO.1, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING A PORTION OF THAT <br />765.04 ACRE TRACT OF LAND DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT A AND <br />B AS CONVEYED TO HANDLER MSITH, ET AL, BY PARTITION <br />DEED DATED MARCH 21, 1972, AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 249, <br />PAGE 177, HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, LOCATED IN WILLOW <br />CREEK ESTATES ON THE WEST SIDE OF HUNTER ROAD AND SOUTE <br />OF WONDER WORLD DRIVE IN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, FROM <br />LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; <br />AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to <br />speak in favor or in opposition to the land use change.
