Glassgow Survey, and from which a Texas Highway DepartIœnt concrete rronurœnt found at En;Jineer's Centerline Station 660 + 22.5 bears S 87 ° 15' E, 74.30 feet; 'IHENCE, leaving the said R.M. Highway No. 12, with fence, the said '~ite-Glassgow survey line, the following courses numbered (l) through (3): (1) S 45°19' W, 176.42 feet to a fence post. (2) S 45° 31' W, 241.82 feet to a corner fence post at the Southwest corner of the said Avey 7.45 acre tract, a corner of that 51.80 acre tract of land conveyed to Stella Hageman by Marion H. Wills, et aI, by deed dated January 21, 1975, and recorded in Volume 273, Page 171, Hays County IÆed Records; (3) leaving the said Avey 7.45 acre tract with a Southeast line of the said ° Hageman 51.80 acre tract, S 45 551 w, 328.66 feet to an iron stake set at the base of a Cedar tree at a fence corner at a re-entrant corner of the said Hageman 51.80 acre tract, for the Southeast corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, leaving the said W1i te Survey, with fence, a North line of the said Hageman tract, the following courses numbered (4) and (5): (4) S 75° 55' W, 110.03 feet to an iron stake set at the base of an 18 inch Live Oak tree, for the most Southerly corner of the tract herein described; (5) N 52°59' W, 153.50 feet to an iron stake found at a corner fence post at the Southeast corner of that 5.15 acre tract of land conveyed to Randall Morris by Frank Hoeh by deed dated March 1, 1984 and recorded in Volume 423, Page 16, for the Southwest corner of the tract herein described; 'IHENCE, leaving the said Hageman 51.86 acre tract, with a woven wire fence, a Southeast line of the said Morris 5.15 acre tract the following courses numbered (6) through (9): (6) N 35° 07' E, 306.28 feet to an iron fence post; ° . (7) N 31050' E, 150.77 feet to an lron gate post; (8) N 81 10' W, 19.73 feet to an iron gate post; (9) N 10°32' E, 101.02 feet to an iron stake with an aluminum cap "Pro-Thch Eng" set on the South line of the aforementioned R.M. Highway T\o. 12, for the Northwest corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, leaving the said ~'1orris 5.15 acre tract, with the South line of the said R.M. Highway No. 12, S 87°15' E, 509.28 feet to the mINT OF BEGINNING containing 4.51 acres. Surveyed April 8, 1985. PART 2.
