-7- THENCE retracing across the intersection of Runway No. One (1), North 2°26' West 136.1 feet to an iron pipe on the Northwest line of Runway No. One (1); THENCE North 2°26' West 272.6 feet to an iron pipe on the Southwest line of the Guerrero's tract of land for the Northeast corner; THENCE North 44°36' West 149.0 feet to the place of beginning. The tract of land herein described contains 3.86 acres of land and is a part of a 59.63 acre tract of land and is a part of and out of J.M. Veramendi League No. One (1) of Hays County, Texas. Tract Three: According to field notes prepared by Don Cude after a survey on the ground, TRACT THREE is described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the Northeast line of a 59.63 acre tract of land conveyed by William A. Williams and wife, Mellie B. Williams, to Robert P. Lowman by deed of date July 20, 1954, and of record in Volume 159, Pages 612-15 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, and this point is on the Southwest line of a tract of land conveyed by Chas. H. Bass, et ux, to Alfredo Guerrero by deed of date January 17, 1946, and of record in Volume 133, Pages 492-93 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, and this beginning corner is the East corner of a 131.0 foot strip of land reserved for widening U.S. Highway No. 81 and from which point an old iron pipe on the Southeast line of U.S. Highway No. 81 (as of September 1954) and at the North corner of the 59.63 acre tract of land bears North 44°36' West 131.0 feet; THENCE with the Southeast line of the heretofore mentioned 131.0 foot strip, South 44 ° 50' West 622.2 feet to an iron pipe for the North corner of Lot One ( 1) and the West corner of the property hereby conveyed; THENCE with the Northeast line of Lot One ( 1) , South 45 ° 10' East 400.0 feet to an iron pipe on the Northwest line of Runway No. One (1) for the South corner; THENCE with the Northwest line of Runway No. One ( 1), North 44°50' East 299.1 feet to an iron pipe at the intersection of Runway No. Two (2); THENCE with the West line of Runway No. Two ( 2) , North 2°26' West 475.3 feet to an iron pipe on the Southwest line of the Guerrero's tract of land; THENCE with the Northeast end of Runway No. Two ( 2), South 44°36' East 149.0 feet to an iron pipe for the Northeast corner of said Runway; THENCE along the East line of Runway No. Two (2), South 2°26' East 272.6 feet to an iron pipe at the intersection with Runway No. One (1); THENCE with the Northwest line of Runway No. One ( 1), North 44°50' East 183.0 feet to an iron pipe at the North corner of said Runway and on the Southwest line of the Guerrero's property 7 THENCE with the Southwest line of said Guerrero's tract of land, North 44°36' West 200.6 feet to an iron pipe for the Northeast corner of Runway No. Two (2);
