-6- THENCE along Northeast line of the Forshage's tract of land, South 44°53'East 100.0 feet to an iron pipe and from which point a Mesquite tree, 15 inches in diameter, bears South 45°05'East 76.7 feet and this point is the South corner; THENCE North 44°50' East 3325.7 feet, passing the Northeast line of the 41.08 acre tract of land at 1700.4 feet, the West line of Runway No. Two (2) at 2915.7 feet and the East line at 3051.8 feet, to an iron pipe on the Southwest line of the Guerrero's property for the East corner; THENCE North 44°36' West 100.0 feet to the place of beginning. The tract of land herein described contains 7.63 acres of land and is a part of a 59.63 acre tract and a 41.08 acre tract and is a part of and out of the J.M. Veramendi League No. One ( 1) of Hays County, Texas. Tract Two: Runway No. Two (2), according to the plat of said subdivision and which Runway No. Two is described particularly by Don Cude after a survey on the ground, as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the Southwest line of a tract of land conveyed by Chas. H. Bass et ux to Alfredo Guerrero by deed of date January 17, 1946, and of record in Volume 133, Pages 492-93 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, and on the Northeast line of a 59.63 acre tract of land conveyed by William A. Williams and wife, Mellie B. Williams, to Robert P. Lowman by deed of date July 20, 1954, and of record in Volume 159, Pages 612-15 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, and is described as Tract One (1) and from which point the East corner of a 131 foot strip of land reserved for the widening of U.S. Highway No. 81 bears North 44°36' West 50.4 feet and an old iron pipe on the Southeast line of U.S. Highway No. 81 (as of September 1954) and at the North corner of the heretofore mentioned 59.63 acre tract of land bears North 44°36' West 181.4 feet; THENCE with the West line of the Runway, South 2°26' East 475.3 feet to an iron pipe on the Northwest line of Runway No. One (1); THENCE along the Northwest line of Runway No. One ( 1) North 44 ° 50' East 136.1 feet to an iron pipe; THENCE across the intersection with Runway No. One (1) South 2°26' East 136.1 feet to an iron pipe on the Southeast line of Runway No. One (1); THENCE along the Southeast line of Runway No. One ( 1), South 44 ° 50 I West 136.1 feet to an iron pipe; THENCE South 2°26' East 1307.4 feet to an iron pipe on the Northwest line of a tract of land conveyed by E. Northcraft et ux to August Puls by deed of date August 1, 1890 and of record in Volume "Z", Pages 111-12 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, for the most Southern corner; THENCE along the Northwest line of the said PuIs' tract of land, North 45°18' East 135.1 feet to an iron pipe for the Southeast corner; THENCE North 2°26' West 1308.6 feet to an iron pipe on the Southeast line of Runway No. One (1);
