That each presiding judge shall appoint two ( 2) <br /> clerks to serve for each precinct in said elections. <br /> SECTION 7. That precincts numbers 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 20, <br /> 30, 34/45, 36, 44 and 46 shall be polling places for the joint <br /> general election of the City of San Marcos, Texas and the San <br /> Marcos Consolidated Independent School District and for the <br /> special election of said City. <br /> SECTION 8. That precincts numbers 10, 15, 21, 31, 47, <br /> Martindale and Staples shall be polling places for the San Marcos <br /> Consolidated Independent School District general election only. <br /> SECTION 9. That said general election shall be conducted <br /> jointly with the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School <br /> District Board of Trustees Election pursuant to the terms and <br /> conditions of a Joint Election Agreement between said School <br /> District and said City approved by the San Marcos City Council on <br /> January 27, 1986. <br /> SECTION 10. That Janis K. Womack be, and she is hereby, <br /> appointed clerk for absentee voting for said City, and that Julie <br /> Villanueva, Susan Newey, Robert Zuazua, Roger Fernandez and Holly <br /> Hagle be, and they are hereby, appointed deputy clerks for <br /> absentee voting for said City, said absentee voting clerk and <br /> deputy clerks to serve without compensation. <br /> SECTION 11. That Roger Fernandez shall be the clerk for <br /> absentee voting for said School District. <br />
