<br /> -2- <br /> c. Complete road network within City boundaries <br /> and ETJ boundaries. The road network shall <br /> distinguish between three ( 3) categories of <br /> roads--Interstate Highways, Principal <br /> thoroughfares, and remalnlng streets and <br /> roads. <br /> d. The City's Master Plan Thoroughfare Plan. <br /> Thoroughfare Plans shall distinguish between <br /> seven ( 7) categories of thoroughfares as <br /> provided in City's Master Plan. <br /> e. San Marcos River Corridor Boundaries. <br /> 5. The said Data Base shall be programmed so that maps <br /> and/or overlays can be recalled to represent all the <br /> information provided in subsections 1-4 of Section II, <br /> hereinabove, or the information provided in any single <br /> subsection of said Section II, or all the information <br /> provided in any combination of subsections in said Section <br /> II. <br /> 6. Overlays shall be plotted in black ink on <br /> dimensionally-stable drafting film and shall be reproducible <br /> as blue or black line prints. <br /> 7. Maps and overlays shall be provided at any scale, <br /> in accordance with the capabilities of the aforementioned <br /> equipment, to the order of the City. <br /> SECTION III. <br /> A. ~e City shall pay the University for ilie reasonable ~ <br /> costs of materials on which maps and overlays ordered by the.,. <br /> City are printed during the term of this Agreement. Except' <br /> as provided hereinbelow, the City shall not be obligated to \ <br /> ~e University for any o~er costs, fees or charges. ~ <br /> B. The City shall pay to the University no more than One <br /> Thousand Dollars and No/IOO ($1,000.00) when the City has <br /> delivered to the University aerial photographs described in <br /> Section I. This sum shall be allocated for the costs of <br /> materials for the City's initial order of maps and overlays <br /> in accordance with this Agreement. If the costs of materials <br /> are less than $1,000.00, the University shall apply the <br /> difference toward the costs of materials for future orders by <br /> the City. <br /> C. Within ten (10) days upon approval by the City of the <br /> maps and overlays referred to in Section III.B., the City <br /> shall pay to the University Four Thousand Dollars and No/lOa <br /> ($4,000.00) in consideration for the services to be provided <br /> under this Agreement. <br /> SECTION IV. <br /> The persons executing this Agreement on behalf of the <br /> parties hereto hereby certify that they are authorized and <br /> empowered to execute the same on behalf of the respective <br /> parties hereto and to enter into this Agreement. <br /> SECTION V. <br /> Upon completion of the five-year effective period of <br /> this Agreement, the services afforded the City hereinabove <br /> shall be renewable, upon Agreement by the parties hereto, for <br /> an additional five years in accordance with the applicable <br /> provisions hereinabove, and for the sole consideration of <br /> payment by the City of a reasonable sum of money to the <br /> University, in addition to payment for materials supplied as <br /> provided hereinabove. <br />
