ARTICLE 3 CCMPENSATI ON 3.1 PAYMENT FOR ARTICLE 2 SERVICES 3.1.1 The fee for services described in Article 2 shall be $22,111.00 and shall be full compensation for all items of work de- fined herein. The billing period for said services will be calendar months. The lump sum amount does not include payment for any services beyond the Scope of Services herein. 3.2.1 Partial payment shall be made to the contractor from time to time upon presentation of statements for such services to the City. In no case shall partial payment items be in excess of the value of the Services compiled at the time a statement is rendered. '!he City shall prCIT1ptly pay each invoice suhnitted. 3.2 ADDITIONAL COPIES OF PRINTED DOCUMENTS Additional copies of the reports in excess of those specified in the Program Narrative shall be furnished to the City upon request to the Contractor, and shall be paid for by the City at actual invoice cost to the Contractor plus ten percent (10%). 3.3 LATE PAYMENT 'ID CONSUL'I1!.NT All payments for services rendered by the Contractor that have not been paid within sixty (60) days after invoice date, shall thereafter accrue interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) per annum, provided that any amount legitimately in dispute by City shall not incur the ten percent (10%) late payment rate. ARTICLE 4 SERVICES BY THE CMNER 4.1 In general, the City and its representatives will render services as follows: a. The City shall provide access to and make all provisions for the Contractor to enter upon public lands as required for the Contractor to perform services in the development of the Project. b. The City shall provide or make available all existing sta- tistical data and other information which may be required by the Contractor in order to perform the technical and analytical work described in the Scope of Services, herein.
