<br /> c. The City shall give thorough consideration to all reports, <br /> sketches, estimates, drawings, specifications, proposals, <br /> and other documents presented by the Contractor, and shall <br /> inform the Contractor of all decisions within a reasonable <br /> time so as not to delay the work of the Contractor. <br /> d. The City shall hold promptly all required special meetings, <br /> serve all required public and private notices, receive and <br /> act upon all protests and fulfill all requirements deemed by <br /> the city necessary in the development of the Project, and <br /> pay all costs incident thereto. <br /> e. The City shall furnish the Contractor with a copy of any <br /> design and construction standards it shall require the <br /> Contractor to follCM in the course of work. <br /> f. The City shall designate a single person to act as the <br /> City's Representative with respect to the work to be per- <br /> formed under this Agreement. The person designated as <br /> City's Representative shall have complete authority to <br /> transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and <br /> define the City's policy and decisions, with respect to the <br /> elements and systems pertinent to the work covered by the <br /> Agreement. <br /> 4.2 The services, information, sw:veys , and reports required by <br /> Paragraph 4.1, nail through "f" inclusive, shall be furnished at the <br /> City's expense, and the Contractor shall be entitled to rely upon the <br /> accuracy and completeness thereof. <br /> ARTICLE 5 <br /> SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS <br /> 5.1 CMNERSHIP OF DOCUMENTS <br /> Original documents become the property of the City, and will <br /> be delivered to the City upon ccrnpletion of the project. <br /> ARTICLE 6 <br /> CONTRACTOR AS INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR <br /> 6.1 It is expressly understood and agreed by both parties hereto <br /> that City is contracting with Contractor as an Independent Contractor <br /> and that Contractor, as such, agrees to hold the City harmless and <br />
