Brown <br />Bill Coddington <br />Gerald G. Farr <br />Fred Guerra <br />Betty Jane Kissler <br />William C. Nicola <br /> <br />City Manager A. C. Gonzalez <br />City Secretary *Janis K. Womack <br />City Attorney Lamar Hankins <br />Director of Planning Frank Robbins <br />Police Chief Myron Galchutt <br />Director of Public Works George Boeker <br />Director of Env. and Engineering Stephen Jenkins <br /> <br />Also present: Nina pryatel, Rodney VanOuderkerke, David Mills, Richard <br />Medina, Dan Smith, Judy Mitchell, Explorers, Lee Swift, Billy Kolander, <br />Melissa Millecam, Jeff Kester, Terry Colley and others. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting held March 10, 1986. Mr. Coddington moved for approval, <br />and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was <br />recorded: <br /> <br />FOR: Brown, Coddington, Farr, Craddock, Kissler, Nicola <br /> <br />AGAINST: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: Guerra <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the <br />Special Meeting held March 12, 1986. Mr. Farr moved for approval, and <br />Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was <br />recorded: <br /> <br />FOR: Brown, Farr, Kissler, Nicola <br /> <br />AGAINST: None <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: Coddington, Craddock, Guerra <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced a report from the Library Board. Ms. Sandy <br />Stouffer, president of the Library Board approached the Council and <br />presented them with their report. She thanked the City Council for all <br />the support to the Library. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration a public hearing and consider- <br />ation of the appeal of Melvin F. Durham from the decision of the Zoning <br />Commission made February 4, 1986 denying approval of a Specific Use Per- <br />mit for a mobile home to remain at 1209 Baylor. Mayor Craddock declared <br />the public hearing open and asked if anyone wished to speak in favor of <br />the appeal, and no one did. Mayor Craddock asked if anyone wished to <br />speak against the appeal, and no one did. Mayor Craddock declared the <br />public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />* Ms. Womack was attending an Election School for the Judges and arrived <br />to the meeting at 8:50 p.m. <br />The minutes were taken and transcribed by Susan E.
