<br /> - Project management experience in controlling a study such as this, to assure <br /> quality and on-time delivery, and to work effectively with people <br /> representing different functions and viewpoints. <br /> - Experience with the computer hardware and operating software of Data <br /> General. Our project management team is composed of senior level <br /> personnel with a minimum of ten (10) years experience. The members of <br /> this management team have worked on many of the studies presented in the <br /> Relevant Studies subsection, and will actively participate during this study. <br /> En2a2ement Princioal <br /> <br /> It is LWFW's policy to place each engagement under the direction of a principal. The <br /> Engagement Principal will provide overall quality control and technical direction of the <br /> engagement, provide staff personnel at the office level, and participate in the engagement <br /> as necessary. <br /> Mr. Chip Collins will be both the Engagement Principal and the day-to-day project <br /> manager for this project. Mr. Collins has a Masters Degree in Business Administration <br /> and over ten years professional experience with data processing. Mr. Collins has extensive <br /> experience with the data processing needs of municipal and county governments. He has <br /> directed most of the data processing planning and selection studies presented in the <br /> Relevant Studies subsection. Several of these studies involved analyzing data processing <br /> systems that utilized Data General AOSjVS oriented computers and HMS, Inc. application <br /> software. Currently, he is involved with the implementation of the selected systems and <br /> the accepted data processing plans. Based upon current and past engagements, Mr. Collins <br /> has developed an in-depth understanding of the data processing needs of local <br /> government. Prior to joining LWFW, Mr. Collins worked for a major vendor of computer <br /> systems and an in terna tional accounting firm. He will be actively involved with <br /> evaluating user information needs, and development of the data processing plan. <br /> Mr. Collins will be assisted on this project by Mr. Jerry B. Byrd and Ms. Karen Phillips. <br /> Mr. Byrd brings a broad range of understanding of office and communications based <br /> hardware and software products and technology. Mr. Byrd has wide experience in <br /> Electronic Office Systems including microcomputers, local area networks (LAN), computer <br /> communications and office automation. Mr. Byrd has been involved in the design, <br /> development, and distribution of major office productivity and management software and <br /> 22 <br />
