The final report, <br /> prepared for the Bank's president, identified areas of current and <br /> potential internal control weaknesses and made recommendations for <br /> corrective actions. <br /> Consultant; conducted an EDP System review of a new EDP installation <br /> to determine the development of input/output controls, progress toward <br /> installing various applications and the attitude of company personnel <br /> toward the new EDP system. Presented company management with <br /> findings and recommendations. <br /> Project Manager; directed the identification of the clients' information <br /> requirements and the location of a computer system to perform the <br /> required functions. A system was located and successfully <br /> implemented. <br /> Consultant; participated in the study of the general accounting and <br /> production control systems for a manufacturer/wholesaler of specialty <br /> grocery items. Performed an in-depth analysis of each reply received <br /> from a RFP. The analysis included cost comparison, review of the <br /> capabilities of the proposed system, study of computer and software <br /> support and negotiation with each vendor.
