Salary Surveys <br /> <br /> Using information gathered from the interviews on perceived competition, <br /> and in consultation with City staff, relevant survey organizations and <br /> benchmarking will be determined. It is anticipated that we will conduct on- <br /> site surveys with a number of market organizations. Our survey methods <br /> will include the following: <br /> 0 Well written benchmark job descriptions. <br /> 0 Relevant organizations in the survey. <br /> 0 Sound job matching. <br /> 0 Relevant survey information. <br /> 0 Timely data. <br /> Information from our resources, published surveys, and existing City <br /> information will be used, where possible, to supplement survey data. At no <br /> additional cost, we will also survey benefits offered by the survey <br /> participants. <br /> An alternative proposal utilizing staff for salary survey data collection is <br /> also presen ted. <br /> 4-6 <br />
