<br /> 4. Prepare final design drawings, contract documents, and <br /> technical specifications. Submit five ( 5) copies of final <br /> documents. <br /> 5. Prepare statement of probable construction cost on all <br /> authorized work. <br /> 1.2.3. Upon completion of the hereinabove described services <br /> and in accordance with the decision{s) by Owner pertaining to <br /> those options set forth hereinabove and any further adjustments in <br /> the scope or quality of the project{s) or in the project{s) budget <br /> authorized by the Owner, the Engineer sha 11 prepare all contract <br /> documents using forms supplied by Owner and construction <br /> documents, including plans and specifications setting forth in <br /> detail the requirements for construction, subject to review and <br /> approval by the Owner. Five (5) sets of such documents shall be <br /> submitted to Owner prior to authorization of bidding by Owner and <br /> seven ( 7) sets shall be provided to Owner for execution. Owner <br /> shall only review the contract documents once prior to Final <br /> Submittal of said Documents. However, if all changes, revisions; <br /> and/or corrections requested by the Owner on the prior submittal <br /> of the contract documents by the Engineer are not made by Engineer <br /> as discovered by Owner upon Engineerls resubmittal of the same for <br /> Owner's review, then Owner may make such additional changes, <br /> revisions and/or corrections it deems necessary. This provision <br /> shall apply to all drafts of the contract documents until all <br /> changes, revisions and/or corrections requested by Owner on prior <br /> submittals are made by Engineer. <br /> 1.2.4 The Engineer shall prepare the necessary bidding <br /> documents, bidding information, and bidding forms, all of which <br /> are subject to Owner's review and approval. <br /> 1.2.5 The Engineer shall advise the Owner of any adjustments <br /> to previous Statements Of Probable Construction Cost indicated by <br /> changes in requirements or general market conditions by <br /> preparation of a revised Statement Of Probable Construction Cost. <br /> 1.2.6 The Engineer shall assist the Owner in filing documents <br /> required for the approval of governmental authorities having <br /> jurisdiction over the project{s). <br /> -6- <br />
