<br />tract and the Southwest line of the said Primer 17.88 acre
<br />tract, S 46" 47' E, 600 feet to the Northeast corner of the tract
<br />herein described;
<br />THENCE, leaving the said Primer 17.88 acre tract, S 44 °17' W,
<br />1150.98 feet to the !DINT OF BffiINNING, containing 41.65 acres
<br />of land, more or less. Field note description prepared from
