-2- SECTION 5. That new Sec. 7 of the General Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is adopted as follows: Section 7. Newly annexed territory. All territory annexed to the City of San Marcos shall be unzoned until zoned by the City Council to a classification which is in conformance with the Master Plan, and which has been reviewed by the Zoning Commission. SECTION 6. That Section 29(B) of the General Zoning Ordinances of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances be amended by the addition of subsection 10 as follows: Section 29. o-P Office Professional District. (B) permited uses: (10) Churches. SECTION 7. That Section 29(C) of the General Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is hereby repealed. SECTION 8. That new Section 29(C) of the General Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is adopted as follows: Section 29. o-P Office Professional District. (C) Specific uses, in accordance with Sec. 35: ( 1) All uses permitted in the MF-4 District, including specific uses, as regulated in Section 22. ( 2) Mixed use building containing both residential and office-professional uses. SECTION 9. That Section 30 (A) of the General Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is hereby repealed. SECTION 10. That new Section 30(A) of the General Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is adopted as follows: Section 30. C Commercial District. (A) Permitted uses: ( 1) Any use permitted in the OP District, excluding specific uses, as regulated in Section 29. ( 2) Hotel, motel. ( 3) Personal storage mini-warehouse. (4) Commercial parking lots. ( 5) Any other retail use provided such use is not noxious or offensive by reason of the emission of odors, dust, noise, gas, fumes, vibrations, or soot, but excluding any uses specifically listed as permitted in the "LI" or II I" districts. SECTION 11. That Section 30 (B) of the General Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is hereby repealed.
