<br /> -2- <br />SECTION 5. That new Sec. 7 of the General Zoning <br />Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is adopted as <br />follows: <br />Section 7. Newly annexed territory. <br />All territory annexed to the City of San Marcos shall <br />be unzoned until zoned by the City Council to a <br />classification which is in conformance with the Master <br />Plan, and which has been reviewed by the Zoning <br />Commission. <br />SECTION 6. That Section 29(B) of the General Zoning <br />Ordinances of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances be amended by the <br />addition of subsection 10 as follows: <br />Section 29. o-P Office Professional District. <br /> (B) permited uses: <br /> (10) Churches. <br />SECTION 7. That Section 29(C) of the General Zoning <br />Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 8. That new Section 29(C) of the General Zoning <br />Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is adopted as <br />follows: <br />Section 29. o-P Office Professional District. <br /> (C) Specific uses, in accordance with Sec. 35: <br /> ( 1) All uses permitted in the MF-4 District, <br /> including specific uses, as regulated in <br /> Section 22. <br /> ( 2) Mixed use building containing both residential <br /> and office-professional uses. <br />SECTION 9. That Section 30 (A) of the General Zoning <br />Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 10. That new Section 30(A) of the General Zoning <br />Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is adopted as <br />follows: <br />Section 30. C Commercial District. <br /> (A) Permitted uses: <br /> ( 1) Any use permitted in the OP District, <br /> excluding specific uses, as regulated in <br /> Section 29. <br /> ( 2) Hotel, motel. <br /> ( 3) Personal storage mini-warehouse. <br /> (4) Commercial parking lots. <br /> ( 5) Any other retail use provided such use is not <br /> noxious or offensive by reason of the emission <br /> of odors, dust, noise, gas, fumes, vibrations, <br /> or soot, but excluding any uses specifically <br /> listed as permitted in the "LI" or II I" <br /> districts. <br />SECTION 11. That Section 30 (B) of the General Zoning <br />Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is hereby repealed. <br />
