-7- (20) Warehouses: One ( 1) space for each two thousand (2,000) square feet of gross floor area excluding office space. Off-street parking requirements for the office area of such use shall be determined in accordance with Section 37(A)(10). SECTION 39. That Section 37(A)(21) of the General Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is hereby repealed. SECTION 40. That new Section 37(A)(21) of the General Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is adopted as follows: Section 37. Off-street parking. (A) Minimum requirements: (21) Vehicles repair facilities: One (1) space for each two hundred (200) square feet of floor area devoted to vehicle repair, excluding office space. Off-street parking requirements for the office are of such use shall be determined in accordance with Section 37(A) (10). SECTION 41. That Section 37(A)(23) of the General Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is hereby repealed. SECTION 42. That new Section 37(A)(23) of the General Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is adopted as follows: Section 37. Off-street parking. (A) Minimum requirements: (23) Lumberyards and building material sales and service facilities: One (1) space for each three hundred (300) square feet of gross floor area. SECTION 43. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage, and it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area is required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas.
