-6- SECTION 31. That Section 37(A)(10.5) of the General Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is adopted as follows: Section 37. Off-street parking. (A) Minimum requirements: (10.5) Retail and other commercial uses, outside the Central Business Area, unless otherwise mentioned in this section: One space per 250 square feet of gross floor area. SECTION 32. That Section 37(A)(11) of the General Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is hereby repealed. SECTION 33. That new Section 37(A)(11) of the General Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is adopted as follows: Section 37. Off-street parking. (A) Minimum requirements: ( 11) Drinking establishments and all eating establishments having indoor dining: One parking space for each 100 square feet of gross floor area, or one space for each four (4) seats, whichever is greater. SECTION 34. That Section 37(A)(11.5) of the General Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is adopted as follows: Section 37. Off-street parking. (A) Minimum requirements: (11.5) Eating establishments having no indoor dining: One parking space for each 50 square feet of floor space used or designated as customer service and waiting area, or 12 spaces, whichever is greater. SECTION 35. That Section 37(A)(15) of the General Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is hereby repealed. SECTION 36. That new Section 37(A)(15) of the General Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is adopted as follows: Section 37. Off-street parking. (A) Minimum requirements: (15) Medical or dental clinics: Four (4) spaces for each treatment room. SECTION 37. That Section 37(A)(20) of the General Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is hereby repealed. SECTION 38. That new Section 37(A)(20) of the General Zoning Ordinance of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances is adopted as follows: Section 37. Off-street parking. (A) Minimum requirements:
