-2- SECTION 3. That each presiding judge shall appoint two ( 2) clerks to s e rv e for each precinct in said election. SECTION 5. That Janis K. \vomack be, and she is hereby, appointed clerk for absentee voting for said City, and that Julie Villanueva, Susan Newey, Robert Zuazua, and Holly Hagle be, and they are hereby, appointed deputy clerks for absentee voting, said absentee voting clerk and deputy clerks to serve without compensation. SECTION 6. That the main absentee polling place for said election is City Hall, 630 E. Hopkins Street in said City. Absentee voting shall be conducted during normal working days in the City Hall from April 9, 1986, or as soon as practicable thereafter, through April 15, 1986, and the hours for absentee voting shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The address of 630 E. Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas, 78666, shall be the absentee clerk's mailing address to which ballot applications and ballots voted by mail may be sent for said City. All absentee votes and other votes to be processed in accordance with absentee voting procedures pursuant to Chapter 104, Election Code, V.T.C.A., shall be delivered to the Absentee Ballot Board at C.M. Allen Homes on River Road in said City in accordance with Title 7, Election Code, V.T.C.A. The Absentee Ballot Board shall consist of Presiding Judge Margie Villalpando and Alternate Judge Zoila Polanco. Absentee votes shall be counted at the central counting station. The Absentee Ballot Board shall perform in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 87, Election Code, V.T.C.A.
