That each presiding judge shall appoint two <br />( 2) clerks to s e rv e for each precinct in said election. <br /> SECTION 5. That Janis K. \vomack be, and she is hereby, <br />appointed clerk for absentee voting for said City, and that Julie <br />Villanueva, Susan Newey, Robert Zuazua, and Holly Hagle be, and <br />they are hereby, appointed deputy clerks for absentee voting, said <br />absentee voting clerk and deputy clerks to serve without <br />compensation. <br /> SECTION 6. That the main absentee polling place for said <br />election is City Hall, 630 E. Hopkins Street in said City. <br />Absentee voting shall be conducted during normal working days in <br />the City Hall from April 9, 1986, or as soon as practicable <br />thereafter, through April 15, 1986, and the hours for absentee <br />voting shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The address of 630 E. <br />Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas, 78666, shall be the absentee clerk's <br />mailing address to which ballot applications and ballots voted by <br />mail may be sent for said City. All absentee votes and other <br />votes to be processed in accordance with absentee voting <br />procedures pursuant to Chapter 104, Election Code, V.T.C.A., shall <br />be delivered to the Absentee Ballot Board at C.M. Allen Homes on <br />River Road in said City in accordance with Title 7, Election Code, <br />V.T.C.A. The Absentee Ballot Board shall consist of Presiding <br />Judge Margie Villalpando and Alternate Judge Zoila Polanco. <br />Absentee votes shall be counted at the central counting station. <br />The Absentee Ballot Board shall perform in accordance with the <br />provisions of Chapter 87, Election Code, V.T.C.A. <br />
