<br />76 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Regular Meeting April 28, 1986 Page 7 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of a change order to the <br />EPA Funded Grant Program to serve the Norwood Properties Development of <br />River Ridge. Mr. Coddington moved for approval, and Mr. Brown seconded the <br />motion which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Younger introduced a status report on capital project on Post Road. <br />Mr. George Boeker listed the calendar of events for the project. He said <br />the bid documents would be available and ready for the May 12th Council <br />Meeting, the advertising would take place May 14 and May 21, the Pre-Bid <br />Conference would be held May 29, the Bid Opening would be held June 10, <br />Award of Bid would be June 23, the project would actually begin July 14, <br />and the project should be completed by September 11, 1986. <br /> <br />Mayor Younger introduced a status report on State's improvements to Loop <br />82 and signal light at Aquarena entrance and Loop 82. Mr. Jenkins stated <br />the the State's design consultant was completing the design at this time <br />and he hoped that the project would take six to ten months to complete. He <br />said that by mid 1988 the project should be complete. <br /> <br />Mr. Coddington moved to adjourn into Executive Session pursuant to Article <br />6252-17, §§2(e), (f) and (g), V.A.C.S., to discuss contemplated litigation, <br />matters where the duties of the City Attorney to the City pursuant to the <br />Code of Professional Responsibility of the State Bar of Texas clearly con- <br />flicts with Article 6252-17 (discussion of City's legal position in ad- <br />ministrative matters - Austin Partners' discharge permit application); <br />purchase of real property; employment of a public officer or employee; <br />(Municipal Court Judges); evaluation of a public officer or employee{Council <br />Appointees), respectively, and Mr. Brown seconded the motion which passed <br />unanimously.
