76 Regular Meeting April 28, 1986 Page 7 Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of a change order to the EPA Funded Grant Program to serve the Norwood Properties Development of River Ridge. Mr. Coddington moved for approval, and Mr. Brown seconded the motion which passed unanimously. Mayor Younger introduced a status report on capital project on Post Road. Mr. George Boeker listed the calendar of events for the project. He said the bid documents would be available and ready for the May 12th Council Meeting, the advertising would take place May 14 and May 21, the Pre-Bid Conference would be held May 29, the Bid Opening would be held June 10, Award of Bid would be June 23, the project would actually begin July 14, and the project should be completed by September 11, 1986. Mayor Younger introduced a status report on State's improvements to Loop 82 and signal light at Aquarena entrance and Loop 82. Mr. Jenkins stated the the State's design consultant was completing the design at this time and he hoped that the project would take six to ten months to complete. He said that by mid 1988 the project should be complete. Mr. Coddington moved to adjourn into Executive Session pursuant to Article 6252-17, §§2(e), (f) and (g), V.A.C.S., to discuss contemplated litigation, matters where the duties of the City Attorney to the City pursuant to the Code of Professional Responsibility of the State Bar of Texas clearly con- flicts with Article 6252-17 (discussion of City's legal position in ad- ministrative matters - Austin Partners' discharge permit application); purchase of real property; employment of a public officer or employee; (Municipal Court Judges); evaluation of a public officer or employee{Council Appointees), respectively, and Mr. Brown seconded the motion which passed unanimously. (9:30 p.m.) Mr. Coddington moved the Council reconvene at 10:50 p.m. and Mr. Brown secondec the motion which passed unanimously.
