Form ~JO.ß Rev. 5-85 STATE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION HAYS County MINUTE ORDER Page 4 of 4 Pages District No. 14 It is understood that a transportation corporation may be created to develop various aspects of the project as directed by the State Highway and Public Transportation Commission, including acquisition of right of way; however, the Commission will rely on the affected cities and counties for cooperation and action as required. It is understood that the minimum right of way requirements will be 200 feet with exact right of way widths to be determined by design of the project. Scenic ease- ments will be obtained from adjoining landowners 1n amounts satisfactory to the Department. Such scenic easements for this project are to be areas free of signs, construction or other extraneous items and are to be landscaped by utilization of natural plant material or left in a natural state if appropriate. It is also understood that the action contained herein is for the purpose of advance planning and that no commitment is made or implied for future construction. This Order shall become operative upon acceptance by the City of San Marcos and Hays County and if not accepted within 90 days of the date hereof, the action contained herein shall be automatically cancelled.
