That the following described property, being a <br /> 62.235 acre tract of land adjoining the existing city limits of the <br /> City of San Marcos, Texas, and be ing approx ima te 1 y 48.015 acre s out of <br /> the B. 0 'Kane Survey and approximately 14.22 acres out of the J.M. <br /> Verarœndi Survey No. CXle, and also being out of the central portion <br /> of a tract of 195.677 acres, and being more particularly described by <br /> metes and bounds as follows: <br /> BEGINNING: At an iron pin found in the Ebuthwesterly line of <br /> above referenced tract, for the vilest corner of this tract, said <br /> point being 507.16 feet Southeasterly along the Southwest line <br /> of the above referenced tract from the ~'Vest corner of the above <br /> referenced tract; <br /> THFNCE: N 430 35' 56" E 1734.13 feet, along a staked line by <br /> others, to an iron pin found in the Southwesterly Right-of-~vay <br /> line of P.M.
