THENCE: Continuing along the Southwesterly Right-of-\'Jay line of - - 0 F.M. Highway No. 621, S 20 13' 00" E 85.0 feet to a broken and bent over concrete highway monument in same, for an angle point of this tract; THENCE: Continuing along the Southwesterly Right-of-Way line of F .M. Highway No. 621, and a curve to the left, having a 0 57", a radius of 736.30 feet, central angle of 25 55' a tangent of 174.14 feet, an arc length of 342.31 feet, and a chord bearing and distance of S 330 10' 58" E 339.39 feet to a broken and bent over concrete highway monurrent found in same, for an angle point of this tract; THENCE: Along the Southwesterly Right-of-Way line of F.M. Highway No. 621, S 46°0810011 E 1169.05 feet to an iron pin set at its intersection with the approximate centerline of an underground pipeline, for the East corner of this tract; THENCE: S 49 °34' 58" W 1728.62 feet, along the approximate centerline of said underground pipeline, to an iron pin set in the Southwesterly line of above referenced tract, for the South corner of this tract; THENCE: Along the general direction of an old existing fence line and the Southwest line of above referenced tract, N 40 °211 31" W 1352.33 feet and N 40°26' 51" W 190.95 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 62.235 acres of land, more or less. be, and the sarre is hereby, annexed to the City of San Marcos, Texas. SECTION 2. That the Service Plan for said area, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes, be, and the same is hereby approved. SECTION 3. That the corporate limits of said City be, and the same are hereby, extended to include said described terri tory. SECTION 4. That said described territory shall henceforth be a part of the City of San Marcos, Texas, and any inhabitants thereof shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges of all citizens, and shall be bound by the acts, ordinances, resolutions and regulations of said City. SECTI ON 5. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage, and it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas.
