<br /> SERVICE PLAN FOR ANNEXATION AREA <br /> 62.235 acres out of the B. O'Kane Survey and the J.M. Verimendi <br /> Survey No. 1. Requested by Jay Williamson, owner and Trustee, <br /> Wiser Development Corporation. <br /> Pursuant to the provisions of Section 10, Article 970a, V.A.C.S., there is <br /> hereby adopted for the proposed annexation area the following plan of service: <br /> 1. Police Protection: <br /> Patrolling, response to calls and other routine police services using <br /> present personnel and equipment will be provided irrmediately on the <br /> effective date of annexation. <br /> 2. Fire Protection: <br /> Fire protection by the present personnel and equipment of the Fire <br /> Department, within the limitations of available water, will be provided <br /> irrmediately on the effective date of annexation. <br /> 3. Solid Waste Collection: <br /> Solid waste collection will be extended to residential areas imÅ“diately <br /> on the effective date of annexation. Businesses and institutions will <br /> will have to make arrangerÅ“nts with private handlers for solid waste <br /> disposal. <br /> 4. Water and Sewer Facilities: <br /> The standards for policies now established and in force wi thin the <br /> City limits will be followed in maintaining and expanding water and <br /> wastewater facilities in the annexed area. New water service is <br /> . proposed by mæns of a connection to the storage tank behind the <br /> proposed new elementary school. New sewer service is proposed either <br /> through the proposed new subdivision to the northeast (Riverchase) <br /> or by means of a lift station and a 4" force main up Staples Road. <br /> 5. Maintenance of Roads and Streets: <br /> The same standards and policies now established and in force wi thin the <br /> Ci ty limits will be followed in maintaining and expanding the roads and <br /> streets in the annexed area. <br /> 6. Maintenance of Public Parks, Playgrounds, SWinrning Pools, and any other <br /> Parks and Recreation Deparbnent facility or Building which may be dedicated <br /> to the public: <br /> The same standards and policies now established and in force wi thin the <br /> Ci ty linU. ts will be followed in maintaining and expanding public facilities. <br />
