<br /> ARTICLE 15 <br /> OTHER CONDITIONS OR SERVICES <br />For the purposes of this Agreement, the Fee shall cover all <br />reimbursable expenses, except printing tosts for blueprints <br />and specifications. Two complete and final ~ets of prints <br />and specifications shall be included in the Fee. Additional <br />sets of prints and specifications shan be bi11ed to ~he Owner <br />at cost plus 10% for handling. <br />1. After paragraph entitled "Basic Services" and before paragraph <br /> 1.1, insert paragraph 0.1 which shall read as follows: <br /> 0.1 Standards of Performance <br /> 0.1.1 All architectural services in connection with <br /> this contract shall be performed by the Architect in <br /> accordance with the highest standards of the architectural <br /> profession. <br />2. Amend paragraph 1.3.2 to read as follows: <br /> 1.3.2 The Architect shall prepare the necessary bidding <br /> information, bidding forms, and all of the contract <br /> documents, all of which are subject to Owner's approval. <br />3. A.rnend paragraph 1.4.1 to read as follows: <br /> 1.4.1 The Architect, following the Owner's approval of <br /> the Contract Documents and of the latest Statement of <br /> Probable Construction Cost, shall assist in obtaining <br /> bids, or negotiated proposals, and in awarding the contract <br /> for Construction. The Architect shall administer the <br /> execution and finalizing of the contract. His responsi- <br /> bilities in this regard shall include, but not be limited <br /> to, obtaining not less than five (5) executed sets of the <br /> contract documents and fully assembling such documents, <br /> i.e., inserting into each set of contract documents <br /> the orig~nal and copies of the Contractor's Bid, Bid <br /> Bond, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Statement Of Bidder's <br />AlA DOCUM£NT BH1 .
