ARTICLE 15 OTHER CONDITIONS OR SERVICES For the purposes of this Agreement, the Fee shall cover all reimbursable expenses, except printing tosts for blueprints and specifications. Two complete and final ~ets of prints and specifications shall be included in the Fee. Additional sets of prints and specifications shan be bi11ed to ~he Owner at cost plus 10% for handling. 1. After paragraph entitled "Basic Services" and before paragraph 1.1, insert paragraph 0.1 which shall read as follows: 0.1 Standards of Performance 0.1.1 All architectural services in connection with this contract shall be performed by the Architect in accordance with the highest standards of the architectural profession. 2. Amend paragraph 1.3.2 to read as follows: 1.3.2 The Architect shall prepare the necessary bidding information, bidding forms, and all of the contract documents, all of which are subject to Owner's approval. 3. A.rnend paragraph 1.4.1 to read as follows: 1.4.1 The Architect, following the Owner's approval of the Contract Documents and of the latest Statement of Probable Construction Cost, shall assist in obtaining bids, or negotiated proposals, and in awarding the contract for Construction. The Architect shall administer the execution and finalizing of the contract. His responsi- bilities in this regard shall include, but not be limited to, obtaining not less than five (5) executed sets of the contract documents and fully assembling such documents, i.e., inserting into each set of contract documents the orig~nal and copies of the Contractor's Bid, Bid Bond, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Statement Of Bidder's AlA DOCUM£NT BH1 .
