Notice To Proceed, Addenda, and Change Orders. 4. Amend paragraph 1.5.2.to .add a period after the word "below" in the fourth line thereof and delete the rest of that paragraph. 5. Amend the first line of paragraph 1.5.3 to add after the word "representative" the words "but not an agent"; to change the period to a comma after the word "Architect" (where it first appears in the fourth line) and to insert the following language thereafter: "unless (1) Architect is unavailable to issue instructions necessary for the proper progress and acceptance of work; (2) when jeopardy to life and/or property exists; or (3) when lack of instructions and/or unavailability of Architect will result in, in Owner's opinion, harm to Owner, in which case instructions may be forwarded directly to the Contractor by Owner." 6. Amend paragraph 1.5.4 to. delete the word "generally" in the third line thereof; to delete the words "in general" from the fifth line thereof; to insert the words "but shall make frequent and continuous" between the word "exhaustive" in the seventh line and the word "on-site" in the eighth line; to change the word "or" in the eighth line to the word "and"; to delete the words "endeavor to" in the twelfth line; to delete the period at the end of that paragraph and to add the following language at the end of said paragraph: "if such are within his knowledge or should reasonably have been within his knowledge." 7. Amend paragraph 1.5.5 to change the period at the end of that paragraph to a comma and to add the following language thereto: "unless such acts or omissions are due to an oversight of the Architect or are acts or omissions under his control. " 8. Amend the fifth line in paragraph 1.5.9 to insert after the word "time" the following: "(not to exceed fifteen (15) days)"
