<br /> Childre;v; Letter Agreement <br /> Page 2 <br /> D. to restore or replace any damaged or removed vegetation from the <br /> subject property, as well as, repave and curb the street adjacent <br /> to the subject property. <br /> Jo Ann Childress hereby agrees: <br /> E. to execute a Deed Dedicating Right of Way, Drainage and Public <br /> Utility Easement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit C <br /> and incorporated by reference herein for all intents and purposes. <br /> F. to perform or cause to be performed removal of the front sectlon <br /> of the house located on the subject premises in accordance with <br /> Exhibit A. Said performance shall be completed by May 31, 1986. <br /> G. to allow inspections by the City of the partial removal performed <br /> on the subject premises to assure that adequate right-of-way is <br /> available to the City.
