<br /> 52 <br /> RESOLUTION 1986-6lR <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL O~' THE CITY <br /> OF SAN ~1ARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND <br /> CONDITIONS OF A PROPOSED CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAID CITY AND CHARLES WILLIS <br /> AND ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR THE PROVISION OF <br /> CONSULTING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH CERTAIN <br /> AIRPORT IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SAN MARCOS <br /> MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF <br /> SAID CITY TO EXECUTE SAID CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> AGREEMENT, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, said City desires to obtain consulting services in <br /> connection with certain municipal airport improvements; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Charles Willis and Associates, Inc. lS qualified and <br /> capable of providing said services; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said City desires to enter into said Consulting <br /> Serv ices Agreement with Charles Willis and Associates, Inc.; now, <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the Consulting Services Agreement between the <br /> City of San Marcos, Texas, and Charles Willis and Associates, Inc. <br /> for the provision of consulting services in connection with <br /> certain municipal airport improvements, more specifically: <br /> reconstruction of Runway 12-30 and all related work, located <br /> within the corporate limits of said City, a copy of said Agreement <br /> being attached hereto and incorporated herein, and the same is <br /> hereby, approved pursuant to the terms and conditions expressed <br /> there in. <br /> PART 2. That the Mayor of the City of San Marcos, J.E. <br /> Younger, be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute said <br /> Agreement on behalf of said City. <br /> PART 3.
