<br /> -9- <br /> Topographic Surveying $ 4,000.00 <br /> 5.1.2 payment shall be made to the CONSULTANT during <br /> Phase 1 and Phase 2 within thirty (30) days of presentation of <br /> statements for such services to the OWNER. In no case shall partial <br /> payments be in excess of the val ue of the services completed at the <br /> time a statement is rendered. <br /> 5.2 PAYMENT FOR BASIC SERVICES, PHASE 3 <br /> 5.2.1 Payment for Phase 3 services will be made to the <br /> CONSULTANT on a monthly basis, in direct proportion to the Contractor's <br /> earning s. The CONSULTANT will submit a statement each month for this <br /> Payment. Payments shall be due to CONSULTANT within thirty (30) days <br /> from presentation of statement. <br /> 5.3 PAYMENT FOR SPECIAL SERVICES <br /> 503.1 If the OWNER elects to have the CONSULTANT furnish <br /> special serv ices, as set forth in Article 4.2, the fees for such <br /> serv ices shall be calculated on the basis of Direct Salary, as defined <br /> herein: <br /> Principal -$760QO/Hour <br /> Design Engineer -$66.00/Hour <br /> Eng ineer -$58.00/Hour <br /> Engineering Tech. -$38.00/Hour <br /> Draftsman -$28.00/Hour <br /> Administrative Assistant -$23.00/Hour <br /> The above-listed costs shall include all salary costs, overhead, and <br /> profit. CONSULTANT will prepare an estimate of fees prior to <br /> undertaking special services, and OWNER's written approval will be <br /> obtained prior to initiating the Work. CONSULTANT shall bill OWNER for <br /> special services on a monthly basis. payments shall be due to <br /> CONSULTANT within thirty (30) days from presentation of statement. <br /> ARTICLE 6 <br /> SERVICES BY THE OWNER <br /> In general, the OWNER will render services as follows: <br /> 60101 Provide available criteria and full information as to <br /> the OWNER's requirements for the PROJECT. <br /> 60102 Assist the CONSULTANT by placing at his disposal, all <br /> available written data pertinent to plan operations, previous reports, <br /> process experimental data, and any other data affecting the design <br /> and/or construction of the PROJECT. <br /> 6.1.3 Furnish the CONSULTANT all necessary reports on the <br /> results of laboratory tests, inspections of samples, materials testing, <br /> mill tests, and other testing services performed for quality control <br /> purposes by an independent testing laboratory. <br />
