<br /> -4- <br /> (b) Present a statement of the CONSULTANT's opinion on <br /> construction costs, updated to relate to the design developed <br /> at the time; <br /> (c) Attend a conference with representatives of the OWNER to <br /> present and discuss the details of the proposed improvements; <br /> (d) Attend a conference with representatives of the Federal <br /> Aviation Administration to present and discuss the details of <br /> the proposed improvements; <br /> (e) Upon completion of the review conferences, the CONSULTANT <br /> will make approved modifications and additions to the <br /> contract drawings and contract documents and specifications <br /> resulting from OWNER's and the Federal Aviation <br /> Administration's review and the conference. <br /> (f) Prepare the necessary bidding documents, bidding information, <br /> and bidding forms, all of which are subject to OWNER's review <br /> and approval. <br /> 3.3.5. Furnish the OWNER six (6) copies of final and Federal <br /> Aviation Administration approved contract drawings and specifications. <br /> Additional copies will be provided, as requested by the OWNER, at the <br /> CONSULTANT's cost of reproduction and shipping. <br /> 3.3.6 prepare a statement of the CONSULTANT's opinion of the <br /> construction costs, based upon the final design developed. The <br /> CONSULTANT's opinion of construction costs will be based on materials <br /> and labor prices prevailing at the time of preparation. The CONSULTANT <br /> will not be required to guarantee the accuracy of the cost estimates. <br /> 3.4. PHASE 3 - ADMINISTRATION OF CONSTRUCTION <br /> Upon approval by the OWNER and the Federal Aviation Administration <br /> of the construction phase, specifications, and contract documents, <br /> Phase 3 of this AGREEMENT will commence, and the CONSULTANT shall <br /> perform Administration of Construction, as follows: <br /> 3.4.1 Assist the OWNER in the advertisement of the PROJECT for <br /> bids. <br /> 3.4.2 Assist the OWNER in holding a pre-bid conference. <br /> 3.4.3 Assist the OWNER in filing documents required for the <br /> approval of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the <br /> PROJECT. Assist the OWNER's attorney in the preparation of formal <br /> construction Contract Documents. <br /> 3.4.4 Assist in obtaining bids, opening bids, tabulating bids, <br /> and in awarding the contract for construction. The CONSULTANT shall <br /> assist the OWNER in reviewing the Statement of Bidder's Qualifications, <br />
