1, 1972 and recorded in Volume 250, page 63, Hays County Deed Records; THENCE, leaving the said Texas State Highway Loop No. 82, wi th the Northwest 1 i ne of the said Stokes 5.520 acre tract, the Southeast 1 ine of the said Warren tract, S 4~51' W, 259.76 feet to an iron stake found at the East corner of that 0.129 acre tract of land conveyed to Billy V. Smith, et al, by J. Garland Warren by deed dated March 8, 1982 and recorded in ~}o 1 ume 372, Page 161, Hays County Deed Records, for the South corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, leaving the Stokes 5.520 acre tract, with the Northeast 1 ine of the said Smith 0.129 acre tract, N 48' 15' W, 140.38 feet to an iron stake found at the North corner of the said 8mi th 0 . 129 acre tract, for the West corner of the tract herein described, same being on the Northwest 1 ine of the said Warren tract, and being on the Southeast 1 ine of the aforementioned Stokes tract of record in Volume 255, page 670, Hays County Deed Records; THENCE, leaving the said Smith 0.129 acre tract, with the Southeast 1 ine of Stokes tract, N 45~7' E, 100.92 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING containing 0.581 acres of land. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and after it has been subj ect to reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meet i ng following its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider j t. If reconsidered on June 23, 1986 it shall be in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered or if reconsidered and approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Narcos, Texas. PASSED, APPRCRJED AND ADOPTED this the 9 day of June, 1986, subject to reconsideration at the next regular City Council meeting scheduled for June 23, 1986.
