Gar land Warren by deed dated March 8,1982 and recorded in Volume 372, Page 161, Hays County Deed Records, for the South corner of the tract herein described: 'IHENCE, leaving the Stokes 5.520 acre tract, with the Northeast line of the said Smith 0.129 acre tract, N 46°15' W, 140.38 feet to an iron stake found at the North corner of the said Snith 0.129 acre tract, for the \r\est corner of the tract herein described, same being on the Northwest line of the said Warren tract, and being on the Southeast line of the aforementioned Stokes tract of record in Volume 255, page 670, Hays County Ißed Records: 'IHENCE, leaving the said anith 0.129 acre tract, with the Southeast line of Stokes tract, N 45° 4 7' E, 100.92 feet to the mINT OF BEGINNING containing 0.581 acres of land.
