Coordinate the O & M Plan with the City Drainage <br />Maintenance Manager before finalizing. <br />2.3.4.6 Receive questions and comments from the TCEQ. Review the questions <br />and comments with the City; prepare and submit the final CZP. <br />2.3.5 Traffic Signal Modifications <br />2.3.5.1 Preparation of plans showing existing layout, proposed design layout <br />showing required additional and/or relocated equipment, proposed signal <br />phasing and signal conduit changes, calculation of pedestrian phase <br />timing, proposed striping and signage related to the signals, and <br />quantity/bid estimates <br />2.3.5.2 Coordination with City of San Marcos for plan approval <br />Not included in this scope is: Any work related to the relocation of the signal <br />cabinet or electrical supply, traffic studies, or preparation/revisions to existing <br />traffic signal timing plans beyond pedestrian timing recommendations <br />2.3.6 Prepare Project Manual including technical specifications and bid form. <br />2.3.7 Opinion of Probable Construction Cost at 60 %, 90% and 100% submittals <br />2.4 Plan Review <br />2.4.1 Conduct an in -house QA/QC review at the 30 %, 60 %, and 90% milestones. <br />Review comments shall be incorporated into the design. <br />2.4.2 Submit 60 %, 90 %, and 100% plans for review by the City of San Marcos. The <br />60% submittal will include plans, a list of specifications, and opinion of cost. The <br />90% and 100% submittals will include plans, specification, bid items, and opinion <br />of cost.
