<br /> beginning point of this description. <br /> SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days <br /> from and after its passage and after it has been subject to <br /> reconsidera tion by the Council at its next regular meeting following <br /> its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider <br /> it. If reconsidered on July 14, 1986 it shall be in effect ten <br /> days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not <br /> go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered or if reconsidered and <br /> approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in <br /> the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this the 23 day of June , <br /> subject to reconsideration at the next regular City Council reeting <br /> scheduled for July 14, 1986 . <br /> Feconsidered yes no X <br /> if yes approved <br /> denied <br /> date ~ <br /> <br /> " ~.........---- <br /> .
