<br /> Julian Rivera, by deed dated November 13, 1920, and recorded in
<br /> Volume 79, Pages 623-624, Hays County Deed Records, and more
<br /> particularly described as follows:
<br /> Commencing at an iron pin that marks the intersection of the
<br /> South line of Grove Street and the West line of Hull Street;
<br /> THENCE, S 8° E, along the West line of Hull Street, a distance of
<br /> 208.7', to an iron pin, said iron pin marks the northeast corner
<br /> of the herein described parcel and is the beginning point of
<br /> this description;
<br /> THENCE, continuing along the West line of Hull Street S. 8° E., a
<br /> distance of 50.00 feet to an iron pin, said iron pin being the
<br /> Southeast corner of the herein described parcel;
<br /> THENCE, S 82° W, a distance of 104.35' to an iron pin set in a
<br /> fence line for the Southwest corner of the herein
<br /> described parcel;
<br /> THENCE, along an existing fence line N. 8°W., a distance of
<br /> 50.00 feet to an iron pin, said iron pin marks the Northwest
<br /> corner of the herein described parcel;
<br /> THENCE, N. 82°E., a distance of 104.35 feet to an iron pin, said
<br /> iron pin being the point of beginning.
<br /> SECTION 2. 'That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days
<br /> from and after its passage and after it has been subject to
<br /> reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following
<br /> its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider
<br /> it. If reconsidered on July 28, 1986 it shall be in effect ten
<br /> days from and after its passaç¡e on that date if approved. It shall not
<br /> go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered or if reconsidered and
<br /> approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in
<br /> the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas.
