The regular price of the <br /> modem is $1,750 each. This is assuming the City of San Marcos will <br /> utilize only one phone line rather than two <br /> ~{:¿ <: <br /> In regard to bidding ~ equipmebt, CPS feel that since we will be <br /> installing an ser 'ing the equipment Hays County Appraisal <br /> District, CPS should e considered a single source vendor to any <br /> taxing jurisd~ going on-line with the appraisal district.s <br /> system. CPS guarantees the operation of the appraisal district's <br /> system. CPS could not guarantee the operation of the on-line <br /> service if the equipment is not purchased, installed, and serviced <br /> from CPS. <br /> If the City did purchase the equipment from another vendor, there <br /> would be an additional charge for CPS to install and configure the <br /> equipment.
