<br /> 86 <br /> STATE OF TEXAS <br /> COUNTY OF H,Ù'S <br /> PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT <br /> This contract made, entered into and executed this -1á. day of <br /> July , 1986, by and between the C i t y of San Narcos and <br /> existing under the 1 alAfS of the State of Texas and situated in Hays <br /> County, Texas, and acting through its Nayor, hereunto duly authorized, <br /> and Charles Will is & Associates, Inc., hereinafter called "Contractor". <br /> ART I CLE 1 <br /> EMPLOYMENT OF THE CONTRACTOR <br /> 1.1 The Contractor hereby asserts that it is qual ified and capable of <br /> performing the services required by City and as del ineated in Article 2 <br /> herein below. Emphasis will be placed <br /> on in it i a 1 identification of the necessary infrastructure, <br /> aviation, and operation requirements of each potential industrial <br /> client. <br /> This in it i a 1 effort will be supplemented by research of relevant <br /> litera ture in order to identify and gain information regarding airport <br /> industrial cl ientele at s im i Jar aviation facil ities throughout the <br /> nation.
